Expense Analyzer is a personal finance management tool providing multi-tenant data isolation, automated statement analysis, and AI-driven financial insights. The App is provided "as-is" and is intended for personal use only.
2. No Financial Advice Disclaimer
THE APP IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
- Not a Professional: Acube Labs is not a registered financial advisor, tax professional, or broker.
- Finora AI: Insights, spending trends, and budget recommendations provided by the AI assistant (Finora AI) are generated by machine learning algorithms and do not constitute financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.
3. AI Accuracy & User Verification
The App utilizes both On-Device (MediaPipe) and Cloud-based Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini).
- Hallucinations: You acknowledge that AI models can occasionally provide incorrect calculations, merchant names, or category classifications.
- Final Review: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all transaction data and classification results. Acube Labs is not liable for any financial discrepancies resulting from AI output.
4. User Responsibilities & Security
- Device Security: Because the App stores data locally for your privacy, device security depends on you. We strongly recommend configuring App Lock (PIN/Biometrics).
- Multi-User Shared Devices: If you use the App on a shared device, you must "Sign Out" to ensure your physically isolated database file is closed.
- Data Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining backups via the encrypted Google Drive sync feature.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acube Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of financial data or decisions made based on App outputs.
